1. Acceptance and Eligibility

3. Orders and Order Acceptance

When you place an order through the Site, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products subject to these Terms. All orders are subject to acceptance by Tablevex. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse, cancel, limit, or reject any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

Product unavailability or insufficient inventory;

Suspected fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal activity;
Inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable customer information;
Payment authorization or processing issues;

Your receipt of an order confirmation email does not constitute our acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when we ship the products to you or otherwise confirm acceptance in writing. We may require additional verification of your identity, payment method, billing address, or shipping address before accepting an order, and we may contact you by phone or email for this purpose.

We reserve the right to limit order quantities per person, household, or order. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will refund the amount charged to your original payment method, subject to our standard processing times.

4. Pricing and Sales Tax

All prices displayed on the Site are in United States Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of sales tax. Applicable state and local sales taxes will be calculated and added to your order total at checkout based on the shipping destination address you provide. The final amount charged to your payment method will include the product price(s), applicable sales tax, and any other charges disclosed during the checkout process.

Prices and promotional offers are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted by Tablevex. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue promotional offers, discounts, coupon codes, or special pricing at any time.

Pricing Errors: We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy on the Site. However, if a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical, technical, or other error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for that product, even after an order confirmation has been sent and payment processed. If your order is cancelled due to a pricing error and payment has been collected, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

5. Payment

Payment is due in full at the time you place your order. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed during checkout. Payment processing is handled by secure third-party payment processors. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that:

You are authorized to use the payment method provided;
All payment and billing information you provide is true, accurate, current, and complete;
You will maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete; and
You authorize Tablevex and its payment processors to charge the full amount due, including product price(s), applicable sales tax, and any other disclosed charges.

If payment cannot be processed or is declined, we may suspend or cancel your order. You are responsible for any fees, charges, or penalties imposed by your financial institution or payment provider. We are not responsible for any charges, fees, or overdrafts incurred as a result of purchases made on the Site.

We reserve the right to implement additional fraud prevention and security measures, including requiring verification of payment information, identity verification, or contacting you to confirm order details before processing or shipping an order.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders placed through Tablevex are generally processed within 1 to 2 business days after successful payment verification. Estimated delivery times within the United States are typically 3 to 5 business days after shipment. Delivery estimates are approximate and may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, and other factors beyond our control.

Free Shipping: Shipping within the United States is free of charge. There are no shipping costs for domestic orders.

Shipping Address Responsibility: You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address at checkout. Tablevex is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, returned, or delivered to an incorrect address due to inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by you. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to your error, we may require you to pay additional shipping charges for reshipment, or we may issue a refund minus restocking or return shipping fees, at our discretion.

Title and Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss for products purchased from Tablevex pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

7. Returns and Refunds

Tablevex offers a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible products within thirty (30) days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions set forth in our Return and Refund Policy.

Prohibited Uses: You may not use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Site or collect Content for any purpose without our express written permission. You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any Marks or Content without our prior written consent. You may not use any meta tags or other hidden text utilizing our name or Marks without our prior written consent.

TABLEVEX DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE OR ITS CONTENT WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

TABLEVEX MAKES NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, RELIABILITY, TIMELINESS, OR CURRENTNESS OF THE SITE'S CONTENT, PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS, PRICING, AVAILABILITY, OR ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH THE SITE. TABLEVEX DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE SITE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS OR THAT ANY ERRORS IN THE SITE WILL BE CORRECTED.

11. Limitation of Liability
